Each session is 30 minutes. Every session is individualized to your specific needs and appropriate for people of all fitness levels. We will always work you slightly past your comfort level so you can see constant progress and never plateau. The workouts are always evolving, so they never get boring or repetitive. Training Package Pricing
All packages include tax
1 session per/week (4 sessions): $225
2 sessions per/week (8 sessions): $400
3 sessions per/week (12 sessions): $500
4 sessions per/ week (16 sessions): $600
Reduces monthly rate by 5% (must be paid in full; all sessions must be used within the 3-month period).
2 sessions per/week (24 sessions): $1140
3 sessions per/week (36 sessions): $1425
4 sessions per/week (48 sessions): $1710
Reduces the monthly rate by 10% (can be paid in two payments within 8 weeks; all sessions must be used within the 6-month period).
2 sessions per/week (48 sessions): $2160
3 sessions per/week (72 sessions): $2700
